  • Travelulala Ventures Private Limited, we are not accepting cash payment / deposit.
  • GST / TCS and others tax Applicable-As per government policy.
  • Upon receipt of Tickets / Hotel or Holidays Voucher  / visa please check the details thoroughly. In case of any discrepancy please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the visa, holidays voucher, ticket and other travel documents and after that we are not liable for any liability.

Hotel booking :

Payment –Advance ,Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company Bank account (No cash deposit).

Booking Policy –

Please share Guest name as per passport or valid ID proof for domestic  booking.

PAN card is required for booking

Name changeable / Extra beds / Fail booking and others request need to follow asper hotel policy .

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least working hours  prior to the date of arrival of the client. And cancellation charges will apply as per Hotel policy.

Refunds – 10 workings days after receiving  from Hotel or Travels agents.

Early Check-in / Late Check –out – As per Hotel Policy

Visa Processing:

 Payment –Advance for Visa processing or you can manage floating amount.

 The processing of Visa takes time as per  Emigration /Embassy  / Visa Authority   working days  and  after receiving payment and complete document   as per visa checklist  , our Team will fileapplication.

Kindly send application  accordingly as per working hours and Holidays.

It is the responsibility of all customers to read all guidelines of visa and checked before departure.

Ø  The decision to grant or refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of Government of the country. Visa Fees,  Charge is non- refundable in case of Visa  refusal / issue.

Ø  For Updating OK to Board message, We need the confirm ticket with PNR at least 02 Working Day prior from the Departure date for Dubai.
